Built from Scratch in Beaufort
Every morning at Herban Market and Cafe begins the same way: our bakers arrive early to fill the kitchen with the smell of fresh bread and pastries. It's how we've always done things, and it's how we always will.
We use only unbleached, non-bromated organic flour in everything we bake. No shortcuts, no substitutes. Every loaf, every croissant, every roll is made right here in our market, then served in our cafe alongside scratch-made breakfast and lunch.
We believe food should be simple and honest. Real ingredients prepared by real people who care about what they're putting on your plate. That's not a slogan for us, it's a promise.
